Dr. David: Professor of Church History and teacher at St. Tikhon’s Seminary for 35 years. He is also a well known Orthodox writer, currently translating letters and various works of St. John Chrysostom, of which 3 volumes have been published. In 2019, Fr. John Wehling spoke to the clergy wives at Dormition about Dr. David Ford’s book St. John Chrysostom’s Letters to St. Olympia.
Dr. Mary: Professor of Scripture and has just retired from teaching at St. Tikhon’s Seminary after nearly 35 years. In her own right, she is a well known Orthodox speaker and author.
Perhaps most well known, they co-wrote Marriage as a Path to Holiness: Lives of Married Saints, and worked extensively on many articles for the Orthodox Study Bible.
